The Company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in November 2017 and currently has six subsidiaries located in Chengdu, Luzhou, and Chongqing. With more than 3,300 employees, the Company has total assets exceeding RMB 7 billion.

With decades of expertise in the automotive components industry, the Company has continuously strengthened its competitive advantages across the entire industrial chain, covering mold design and manufacturing, raw material smelting and casting, tube extrusion, precision forging, high-precision machining, heat treatment, laser welding, and assembly integration. The Company’s products, including synchronizers, differentials, reducers, clutches, motor shafts, stators and rotors, and planetary gear systems, are widely applied in vehicles manufactured by internationally and domestically renowned automotive brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, FAW Hongqi, Geely, Changan Automobile, FAW Group, BYD, AITO, Xiaomi, NIO, Li Auto, Sinotruk, and Foton Motor. These applications span new energy vehicles, conventional fuel vehicles, commercial vehicles, construction machinery vehicles, and rail transit systems.

The Company’s aerospace components business covers the precision manufacturing of structural parts, sheet metal parts, standard parts, test components, and valves, as well as the design and integrated manufacturing of molds and fixtures. Leveraging its extensive expertise in precision manufacturing, the Company has also strategically expanded into the field of robotic joint reducers, forming a product portfolio that includes high-precision planetary reducers and high-precision cycloidal reducers.
