Luzhou Haoneng has mastered the core technologies such as raw material casting, precision forging, high precision machining, heat treatment, tooling design and manufacturing, equipped with world-class high-end intelligent and automatic equipments, with test capabilities such as chemical composition analysis, performance test, material test and wear test, which are at the leading level in the domestic industry.
In 2012, Haoneng and Chongqing Xingfuji Industrial Co., Ltd. jointly founded Chongqing Haoneng Xingfu Synchronizer Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 170 million yuan. The main business includes researching, developing, producing and selling related products of automotive transmission system.
Chongqing Haoneng has been focusing on researching, developing and manufacturing synchronizers for medium and high-grade cars. A large number of high-end equipments with international leading level have been imported from Germany, UK, Italy and Japan. Chongqing Haoneng has preliminarily realized manufacturing of automation and intelligence with annual production capability of synchronizers of 10 million sets.
Chongqing Qingzhu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. The main business includes blanks manufacturing of automotive gears, gear shafts, synchronizer sleeves, hubs, coupling teeth and wheel hubs.
Chongqing Qingzhu has various forging and machining equipments, such as molding machine, electric screw press, electric spark machine, high-precision blanking machine, punch and so on. In 2014, Chongqing Qingzhu imported HATEBUR high speed forging production line from Switzerland, with annual production capacity of blanks of 36 million pcs.
